At Chi School, we believe that education in mindfulness can transform the lives of children in awe-inspiring ways. It’s been proven to help children, particularly those with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and/or complex developmental disabilities, to decrease conflict, increase altruism and foster empathy for one another. We believe that this education is vitally important, and should not be limited by privilege.

That’s why we launched the Mindful Schools Project, where we bring Chi School education into underprivileged schools. For a full day, underserved children are guided through the meditation, yoga, and positive psychology exercises meant to foster increased well-being, focus, creativity, productivity and joy in their lives.

But to do this, we need your help! While we spend the day teaching students and teachers exercises they can use to develop calming practices and develop productive habits, they need physical tools to continue their practice.

If you believe, as we do, that all children should have access to mindful learning and the significant, measurable positive effects that it has on the brain, we ask for your support. Please contact us if you’d like to contribute to our program, or if you think your school or class would greatly benefit from learning these valuable tools.
Thank you,
